Who we are
Gonomax is an online store for stainless steel tumblers printed with a name. You pick a tumbler style, add the name you want in the order notes at checkout, and we have it printed for you. Our range covers travel tumblers, skinny tumblers, personalized tumblers and tumblers sized for kids.Where we are based
The Gonomax team works from Vietnam. This is where we check incoming orders, read every personalization note, reply to customer emails and keep track of each tumbler until it reaches you.Why this store exists
A tumbler is one of the few things many people carry every day: to work, to class, to practice, on a long drive. Putting a name on it makes it easy to spot and harder to mix up with someone else’s. We wanted to offer that in a simple way: a short list of tumbler styles, one simple place to write the name at checkout and policies written in plain language.
What we are working toward
Our aim is for ordering a personalized tumbler to feel straightforward. That means showing realistic timelines before you pay, printing the name exactly as you typed it, and answering questions by email within our support hours. When something goes wrong with an order, we want to fix it without a long back-and-forth.
How the business works
Gonomax is a made-to-order store. We don’t hold finished stock; each tumbler is printed after you place your order. Here is the usual timing:- Printing and preparation: 2–4 business days
- Transit after dispatch: 5–8 business days within the United States
- Standard shipping to U.S. addresses: Free
The tumblers are made of stainless steel. For the details, see our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Warranty.
Who prints the tumblers
Production is handled by partner drinkware print studios. They print the name and design onto the tumbler, check the finish and pack the order for shipping. Our own team takes care of order review, personalization checks, customer support and follow-up after delivery.
