Our tumblers are printed to order with the name you choose. This policy covers how to cancel, how to send a tumbler back and how refunds are paid.
Cancellations

The cancellation fee is 15% of the order value.

Returns
You can ask to return a tumbler within 30 days of delivery. The tumbler should be unused, clean and returned with its lid and any parts it came with.Steps to return
- Email support@gonomax.com with your order number and the reason for returning.
- We reply with the return address and how to pack the tumbler.
- Ship it back with a tracking number and send us that number.
Please contact us before shipping anything back. Parcels that arrive without a return request are hard for us to match to an order.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your tumbler arrives dented, the print is damaged, the name doesn’t match what you wrote in the order notes at checkout, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the tumbler and the box. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Defects that show up later in normal use are handled under our warranty.
Spelling in your order notes
We print the name exactly as it was written in the order notes at checkout. If the name on your tumbler matches your order but had a typo when you entered it, a return is treated as a change of mind rather than a printing error. Double-check the spelling before paying, or email us inside the 24-hour cancellation window to correct it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned tumbler, or right away for cancellations. We email you once the refund is sent. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
