Ordering and personalization
How do I add a name to my tumbler?
Add the tumbler you like to your cart, then write the name in the order notes box at checkout. Ordering more than one tumbler? List a name for each one in that same notes box, for example “Travel tumbler: Ava, Skinny tumbler: Leo”.
Will you print the name exactly as I type it?
Yes. We print the text as written in your order notes, including capital letters and spacing, so please check the spelling before you pay. More tips are on our Customization page.
I made a typo. Can I fix it?
Email support@gonomax.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and the correct spelling. The earlier the better: changes are easiest within the first 24-hour period after ordering. After that, printing may have started.
Can I print a logo or a character from a show?
We only print names and designs you have the right to use. Trademarked logos and characters can’t be printed.
Shipping and timing
How long until my tumbler arrives?
Printing and preparation take 2–4 business days, then transit takes 5–8 business days to U.S. addresses. An order placed today is estimated to arrive Nov 11 – Nov 18.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping to the United States: Free. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination, and the price is shown at checkout.How do I track my order?

Cancellations and returns
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is free for the first 24-hour period after ordering. After that, a 15% fee applies until the order ships.Can I return a tumbler?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. If your tumbler arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it. See the Return and Refund Policy.Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1 year warranty against manufacturing and printing defects. Details are on the Warranty page.
Material and care
What are the tumblers made of?
The tumblers are made of stainless steel. Each product page lists the size and lid type for that style.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
We recommend washing by hand with mild soap and a soft sponge. Dishwasher heat and detergent can wear down the printed name over time.
Can I use it in the microwave?
No. Stainless steel should never go in a microwave.
