Every Gonomax tumbler is printed after you order it, so the delivery time has two parts: the time to print and prepare your tumbler, and the time the parcel spends in transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday. The clock starts once your payment is confirmed. Carrier delays caused by weather or peak seasons can add time, and we will tell you by email if we expect your order to run late.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day start printing that day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend, start on the next business day.
For an order placed today, the estimated delivery window to a U.S. address is Nov 11 – Nov 18.
Shipping costs
- United States: standard shipping fee: Free. The total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Other countries: International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by the destination country’s customs office and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
When your tumbler leaves the print studio, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you complete checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as early as you can, ideally within the first 24-hour window after ordering, and we will update it before printing begins. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we can no longer change the address.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your tumbler arrives dented or with a damaged print, contact us. Damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Details are on our Return and Refund Policy.
