This Privacy Policy explains which personal information Gonomax collects through gonomax.com, what we use it for, who receives it and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
- Information you give at checkout: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you choose to enter it, and the items you order.
- Personalization details: the name or text you ask us to print on a tumbler, and any notes you add to the order.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes to Stripe and is not stored by us.
- Emails with our team: the content of messages you send to support and our replies.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages and similar data recorded automatically by cookies and server logs.
Why we use it
- to print, pack and deliver your order, and email you confirmations and shipping updates;
- to check that the personalization text is complete and ask you about anything unclear;
- to answer support requests and handle cancellations, returns and warranty claims;
- to detect fraud and protect the store and our customers;
- to see how visitors use the site so we can improve it;
- to keep the records required for tax, accounting and other legal duties.
Who we share it with
Each party below receives only the information it needs:
- Production partners: the personalization text and order details needed to print your tumbler, plus your shipping address when they send the parcel.
- Shipping carriers: your name, address and contact details for delivery and tracking.
- Stripe: to process your payment and run fraud checks.
- Service providers: website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers that help us run the store.
- Courts and government agencies: when a law or a valid legal request requires it.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser. We use essential cookies to keep your cart, log you in and complete checkout. We may also use analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed to complete the order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Support emails and personalization notes can be deleted earlier on request when we no longer need them for an open order.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you which personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct details that are wrong or out of date;
- delete your personal information, except records we are legally required to keep;
- stop sending you marketing emails, if you have signed up for any.
Send your request to support@gonomax.com from the email address used for your order, so we can confirm it is you. We will reply and tell you what we have done.
Children
The store is meant for adults. Some tumblers are sized for kids, but orders must be placed by an adult, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and card data is handled by Stripe instead of our own servers. Access to customer information is limited to the people and providers who need it to fulfill orders. No method of sending or storing data online can be made completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We may revise this policy when our services or the law change. The version on this page is the current one.
