These terms apply when you use gonomax.com or buy from Gonomax. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before checkout.
The store
Gonomax sells stainless steel tumblers printed with names and designs. Tumblers are made to order by partner drinkware print studios after your order is confirmed. Our team is based in Vietnam and can be reached at support@gonomax.com.Orders
- Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive our order confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel an order if the payment can’t be verified, a product is listed with an obvious error, or the personalization text breaks the rules below. If that happens, any amount paid is refunded in full.
- Product photos show how a tumbler looks. Colors can differ slightly on different screens, and print placement can vary a little from tumbler to tumbler.
Personalization
You are responsible for the text you submit, including spelling. We print it as entered. We will not print text that:
- uses trademarks, logos, characters or other material you do not have the right to use;
- is hateful, threatening, harassing or illegal;
- contains someone else’s private information without their consent.
If we can’t print an order for these reasons, we will contact you and refund it.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Standard shipping to U.S. addresses: Free.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
Printing takes 2–4 business days and U.S. transit takes 5–8 business days. Orders can be cancelled free during a 24-hour window after checkout. After the free window, a 15% cancellation fee applies until dispatch. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Damage or print errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Warranty
Tumblers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. See the Warranty page for what is and isn’t covered.

Text, photos, graphics and designs on gonomax.com belong to Gonomax or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. See our Copyright and DMCA pages.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Gonomax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
