Gonomax respects the rights of creators. If you believe a design, photo or piece of text on gonomax.com copies your work without permission, you can send us a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we will review it.

What to include in a notice

  1. A description of the copyrighted work, or a link to where the original appears.
  2. The exact web address of the page on our site that shows the material.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not permitted by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are acting on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name is accepted for email notices.

Where to send it

Email your notice to support@gonomax.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

What we do next

We check whether the notice contains the items above. If it does, we remove or disable access to the material and, where possible, tell the person who submitted it. If something is missing, we will ask you for it.

Counter-notice

If material you submitted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the U.S., any district where Gonomax may be found).

Repeat infringement

We may refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly submit personalization or designs that infringe someone else’s rights.

Please note that knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages.
