Most Gonomax tumblers are personalized with a name. This guide walks you through adding yours and getting the result you expect.
Adding a name
- Choose a tumbler from our travel, skinny, personalized or kids collections.
- Select the options shown on the product page, such as color or size.
- Add the tumbler to your cart and go to checkout.
- Write the name in the order notes box at checkout. If your order has several tumblers, list a name for each one in that same box, for example “Travel tumbler: Ava, Skinny tumbler: Leo”.
Tips for the printed name
- Spelling: we print exactly what you write in the order notes, so read it twice before you pay.
- Capital letters: enter the name the way you want it to look, for example “Ava”, “AVA” or “ava”.
- Length: shorter names print larger and are easier to read. If a product description mentions a character limit, please stay within it.
- Special characters: accented letters and symbols may not be available in every font. If you need one, email us before ordering.
Changing the name after you order
Email support@gonomax.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and the corrected text. Changes are easiest within the first 24-hour period after ordering. After that, printing may already be under way and changes may not be possible.
What we can’t print
We don’t print trademarked logos, characters from movies or shows, or text that is hateful or illegal. If an order includes this kind of content, we will contact you and refund it.
After printing
Printing and preparation take 2–4 business days. Your tumbler then ships, and transit takes 5–8 business days within the United States. To keep the name looking good, wash the tumbler by hand with a soft sponge and avoid abrasive cleaners.
